Traffic lights not working corner new road and old Pretoria Road
Report a service problem in two minutes
Water, sewage, roads, electricity, street lights, refuse. Report it to your municipality without creating an account, and get a reference number you can follow.
1. Say what is wrong
Pick a category, take a photo, and let the app work out where you are. No long form.
2. It is logged against the right municipality
ServiceTok works out who is responsible from your location, so you do not need to know which department handles stormwater versus sewage.
3. You get a reference you can track
A complaint you can track is a complaint that exists. Follow the status, and see when it is fixed.

Help and contact
Something not working, or a report that needs correcting? Email
info@inyathi.co.za and tell us
your reference number — it looks like ST-4KTQ-2026 and is
on the confirmation screen and under My reports in the app.
Common things people write in about:
- A report went to the wrong municipality. Send the reference and we will re-route it.
- A photo shows someone who did not agree to it. Send the reference and we will withhold the photograph, usually the same day.
- You want your data removed. You can do it yourself at any time — delete my data — with no account and no email to us.
- A report was rejected and you disagree. The app offers an appeal on the rejected report itself.
